Charles McNair  (Trickster)   At fifteen, the most important thing in life to The Trickster is skateboarding. That's how he earned his nickname, since he's by far the best skateboarder in his neighborhood. Trickster is wiry, but strong, not as tall as he will eventually be, with a shock of yellow-brown hair that falls over his eyes. Through the help of his sister and his friend, Danny, Trickster learns that lucid dreaming is real. He also learns that his own dream talents include shape shifting, flying and playing the trickster in dream state. Dreaming, he discovers, is almost as much fun as skateboarding.
